• Scoopable ice cream is delivered in 4 litre plastic containers, cost per container is £1.00.
• Shelf-life at -24°C is 12-16 weeks, depending on the flavour, and 8-12 weeks at -18°C; the colder you can store the ice cream, the slower the ice crystals grow (large ice crystals impart grainy texture), and the longer the shelf-life.
• Soft-serve ice cream is delivered frozen in 6 litre plastic bags with screwable tops, cost per bag is £1.00.
• Shelf life of the frozen soft-serve mix is 6 months.
• Defrost the soft-serve mix in the fridge for 48 hours and then use within 4 days.
• Store the soft-serve mix at below 7.2°C.
